Entrusted by Client, i.e. Shijiazhuang Rail Traffic Co., Ltd. (hereafter called “Tenderer”), Hebei Chengtao Tendering Co., Ltd. 

(hereafter called “Tendering Agent”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following goods and related 

services for First Phase of Project of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 1:

Scope of Supply: Tendering Equipment, including spare parts, fragile parts and related services, for detailed reference, 

see technical requirements

1) This Invitation for Bids is open to all legal independent suppliers from within the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter abb.

 as “PRC”) and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC.

2) Manufacturer or its legally authorized sale agent of Tendering Equipment. For sale agent, sole and only authorization of 

manufacturer for this project is required.

3) Qualification for bidders: From Jan. 1, 2009 up till now, the bidder shall have at least 1 contract of 1 set of rail grinding vehicle

 installed and operated within PRC. The original contract must be provided.

6) Bids submitted by bidders whose manufacturing, trading or bidding certificate was cancelled, capital was frozen or bankrupt, 

shall be rejected.

7) The Tendering Equipment produced by same manufacturer, including foreign manufacturer and its Joint Venture in PRC, 

only 1 bidder shall be allowed to submit the bid. For 2 bidders supplying the Tendering Equipment produced by same manufacturer,

 both bids shall be rejected.

8) For those bidders whose legal representative is the same person, group company and its solely invested company, and its share 

holding company, shall not submit the bid simultaneously.

2. Any intended eligible bidders can get further information and consult the Bidding Documents from Hebei Chengtao Tendering 

Co., Ltd.

3. Any intended eligible bidders can purchase the Bidding Documents every day (except holidays) from January 14 , 2015 to 

January 21, 2015 at Room 611, 486, Gongnong Road, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. The Bidding Documents sells at a non-refundable payment of RMB2000 or USD330 per set.

Bidder’s company license registration number, the company’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, postal code, mobile 

number, main business scope, legal representative, and registered capital.

4. The bid prepared by the Bidder shall be presented to 3rd floor conference room of Hebei Yingbin Lou Hotel( Military Guest House of Hebei Province, 100 Yuhua East Road,Shijiazhuang,Hebei,China) before 9:30 (Beijing Time) on 

February 11, 2015.

5. The bid opening ceremony will be held in public at 9:30 (Beijing Time) on February 11, 2015 at 3rd floor conference room of 

Hebei Yingbin Lou Hotel( Military Guest House of Hebei Province, 100 Yuhua East Road,Shijiazhuang,Hebei,China). All Bidders are invited to attend.
